We loved the hotel's fantastic location right in the heart of Myeongdong! The staff was super helpful, assisting us with everything from the subway to great local food. Plus, the free snacks and coffee were a nice touch after long days of exploring with my mother.

My kids wished there were more laundry machines to accommodate large families. A bit of an improvement there would be great.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room was quite poor. It couldn't maintain a consistent temperature, leaving us either too hot or too cold. We faced issues with the laundry facilities. There was only one washer and dryer, which took an unusually long time to dry our clothes properly.

The family suite was spacious and clean, with a cozy tatami area for our little one to play. The washing machine was super handy!

We explored the bustling streets, enjoyed shopping, and loved the fitness room with its treadmill and stationary bike. The staff is super helpful, and the location is perfect, right next to all the best spots. Definitely recommend trying the mochi bread for breakfast!

The room was spacious and very clean. We loved how close everything was-the night market, shops, and restaurants were just steps away. The added amenities like the laundry room and massage chairs. The staff were knowledgeable and really helpful, which definitely enhanced our experience.

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay! The family room was spacious. The staff's friendliness. Don't miss the nearby dining options. The local eateries are fantastic! It's a great location, just a short walk from the metro.
